As a designer

When looking at product life spans and how quickly we forget about them, I have come to realise that there is more to this world than simply designing great products. While creating products that add value to the consumer’s life, we in turn, build purposeful brands and strong company culture. What I have learned throughout this process is that a product or service is a vessel for something bigger.

As a brand

Having strong values translates into the creation of products that have a story to tell. While these products are selling and growing the business, they are also creating an environment that employees are proud to be a part of and strive to improve. It gives them a sense of purpose and an environment in which to grow, learn and connect. Strong brand values also drives quality decision making and strategic vision.

Design is the link

Design is an essential element of the link between the brand and the customer. We create this link, by focusing on features, that allow the end user to be present in both their daily activities and the important moments of their life. For the customer, it is not only about buying the product and enjoying using it, but also potentially making a statement. These products represent an opportunity to showcase the customer’s desire to be part of a tribe and what it stands for. There is a human-centred, positive, synergy that goes beyond product performance. It is all about connection.
